In our flight today, I have something special just for you. Fasten your seat belt and get ready for yet the best flight you’ve ever had.

Maybe you ever wondered what flying is, or what aviation is, and why the Captain loves aviation. Worry no more! We will find that out just in a few moments. Before then, I want to let you know that we just celebrated our third anniversary. Truly, the Lord is good and ever faithful. I have enjoyed every bit of the flights with you. Indeed you are the best passengers in the whole world. Here is to great days ahead!

Alright, alright…today I will spill the beans on how aviation took off! Picture this: back in the late 18th century, as they were in their bicycle shop, the Wright Brothers, Orville and Wilbur Wright were like, “Hey, why can’t we join the cool kids up in the sky?” You know what I mean! So, they rolled up their sleeves, got down to business, and yeeiiyy, they built the world’s first powered airplane in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, on December 17, 1903.

These pioneers embodied true determination and skill. Through their extraordinary invention, named the Wright Flyer, they defied the force of gravity and effortlessly soared through the sky. The news of their monumental achievement quickly captivated the masses, igniting a fervent desire within everyone to experience the wonders of flight firsthand.

Aviation became extremely popular. Airplanes became more stylish, faster, and impressive. The sky turned into a big celebration with pilots demonstrating their amazing abilities and leaving people on the ground amazed and excited. Who needs roller coasters when they can experience the most exhilarating adventure up here?

The first flight revolutionized society, permanently altering the nature of travel. It resulted in safer and faster travel across seas. Airplanes play a vital role in everyday life. Indeed, the Wright brothers’ invention of the airplane and its components has had a profound and enduring impact on the world, influencing all aspects of life then and now. That is also how and why you are onboard today.

Just like the Wright brothers, aviation pioneers, are widely recognized for their contributions in inventing, constructing, and successfully flying the world’s first motor-operated airplane…I want to remind you today that there is He who began a great work in you. He is the pioneer of your faith. He is the leader and the source of your faith. Yes, He is faithful He who called you.

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.
